Enhance QC was born from a simple belief I have carried throughout my 20-year career: when people are empowered with the right knowledge, they make better decisions—not just for their organisations, but for society.
My journey began far from the world of compliance training. I started in sales and customer-facing roles, both in Malaysia and the UK, where I learned the value of trust, empathy, and listening—skills I still rely on today. Over time, my path led me into the banking and financial services sector, and eventually into compliance education, where I discovered my true passion: helping people understand complex regulatory landscapes in a practical, human way.
During my years with the International Compliance Association (ICA), I had the privilege of working closely with regulators, financial institutions, and professionals across Malaysia and Indonesia. I saw first-hand how rapidly financial crime risks were evolving, and how essential it was for organisations to stay ahead with strong, well-trained teams. I also saw the gaps—professionals who wanted to grow but lacked access, organisations that needed support but didn't know where to begin, and regulators calling for higher standards across the industry.
These experiences sparked a vision.
I wanted to build a homegrown Malaysian training provider that didn't just teach compliance, but understood the ecosystem, supported the professionals within it, and partnered closely with regulators and industry leaders. A company that blends global standards with local relevance. A place where learning feels approachable, engaging, and meaningful. That vision became Enhance QC Sdn Bhd.
Today, we proudly deliver training that meets the highest standards of AML, CTF, financial crime compliance, and governance. We are also the official reseller of ICA programmes in Malaysia, giving more professionals access to world-class education. But at the heart of it, Enhance QC is simply about people—helping them grow, feel confident in their roles, and contribute to a safer, more transparent financial environment.
My work has always been driven by curiosity, a desire to uplift others, and a commitment to continuous learning. Enhance QC is an extension of that journey, and I'm honoured to build it alongside the many partners, colleagues, and learners who share the same mission.
